Auto BURGLARIES!!

My car has been broken into twice while parked in a paid parking spot. I learned my lesson afterwards the first time and no ...
longer leave valuables in my motorcar and so thanks fully my losses were minimal. I'k 1 of the lucky ones. I know numerous residents here who'due south cars accept been broken into multiple times. Some over five times. Don't permit Matthew, the Full general Manager, or any of the other people in the leasing role prevarication about the security here. The gate has spikes, but I run into people tailgate through the gate on a daily basis. No need to have a gate fundamental because you can simply follow people in. Camera'south don't work either, then good luck trying to get whatsoever proof for insurance if you had any high value items stolen. When I moved in two years ago, the front gate had a guard stationed at it 24/7 and there was a team of v or 6 guards that patrolled the property. Now…. It's but an automated gate that can hands be bypassed and 1 rent-a-cop who patrols the entire 900+ unit of measurement complex. An elephant could walk through the middle of the complex and "security" wouldn't know nigh it. The property is squeamish, but if you lot want whatever level of security and even the slightest amount of care from management for anything other than renewing your lease, I'd highly suggest a different flat complex. Read through the other negative reviews and you'll see some patterns. Anyone who's been here for a decent amount of time, is unhappy. Oh and did I mention the Cockroaches? Watch where yous step… and double check your cabinets considering they're everywhere in the summer.

I'thou in love with this complex. Everything works well here. The Gym is already open until ten pm every twenty-four hour period and information technology is never ...
crowded. Swimming pool isn't crowded as well and it stay open until 8 pm. I like swimming after my work and it is always empty and clean. The manager Diana was very squeamish to me and helped me solve all my questions. All employees are very friendly. The gardens are amazing. No carpet , with elevators and you lot can accept more parking cars. It's pretty quiet hither. I don't desire to going out anymore, because I love to spend my day and nighttime here.
